Cancellation policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for our digital consulting services. If you are not satisfied with your session, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at cglr.albyrk@gmail.com.

Non-refundable situations: Since our products are digital services (consulting sessions), refunds will not be issued once the session has been completed.

How to request a refund: Contact us at cglr.albyrk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 business days.

European Union customers: If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, provided the service has not yet been delivered.
